Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 02.08.2024 to cancel the patta issued in the name "Pachiyamman Kovil Tharkala Dharmakartha" in Patta No.110 and issue patta in the name of the petitioners father Thiru.Kalichettiyar (Original Owner) in respect of the property in S.No.120/7 of Nerinjipettai Village, Erode district.

ORDER
The petitioner seeks for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal dated 02.08.2024 pending on the file of the third respondent.
2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with.
3. No prejudice will be caused to the third respondent if the petitioner's appeal dated 02.08.2024 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent, and also by adhering to the
principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 02.08.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the fifth respondent and any other party whom the third respondent deems fit to enquire, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 02.08.2024. No Costs.
