On 19.12.2024, this Court dismissed the present appeal confirming the order passed by the Insurance court, Chennai dated 11.10.2019 in E.I.O.P.No.78 of 2006 and directed the appellant to deposit the claim amount to the tune of Rs.3,11,670/- towards contribution for the period from April 2001 to March 2004 within a period of four weeks and posted the matter for reporting compliance.
2. The matter is listed today under the caption ''for reporting compliance''.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the appellant has filed memo stating that the appellant had already deposited a sum of Rs.62,334/- before the Tribunal. In compliance of the order of this Court dated 19.12.2024, the appellant is ready to hand over the cheque bearing No.389994 for a sum of Rs.2,49,336/- (Rs.3,11,670/- - Rs.62,334/-) to the respondent.

4. In view of the above, the order passed by this Court is complied with and hence, no further order is necessary in this case. The respondent is at liberty to withdraw the amount which was deposited by the appellant in E.I.O.P.No.78 of 2006 along with accrued interest.
5. It is clarified that the order dated 19.12.2024 shall not be cited as precedent in any other case in future.
