Mr.E.Balamurugan Special Government Pleader O R D E R Mr.E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of the parties, this main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner seeks for Mandamus directing the respondent to give permission and protection to conduct the cultural programme on 06.02.2019 in the event of Chinnasemur Mariyamma Koil Thiruvizha at Chinnasemur Periyasemur, Erode District, based on his representation dated 28.01.2019.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondent submitted that already a circular memorandum dated 31.10.2018 has been issued by the Director General of Police to all the Station House Officers/Inspectors indicating the conditions to be imposed while considering the grant of permission to "Aadal Padal Programme". Therefore, he submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered by the respondent in the light of the Circular already issued by the Director General of Police dated 31.10.2018.

4. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.01.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law on 06.02.2019 itself. No costs.
