This petition is filed to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.C.Ramesh Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lokesh, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4. Despite notice having been served upon respondent 5, none appears before this Court.

The delay is only 12 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 12 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
