This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records, pertaining to the FIR in Crime No.275 of 2022, pending on the file of the Vadavalli Police Station, Coimbatore and quash the same. 2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that investigation in this case is completed and final report is filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore. 3.In view of the filing of final report in this case, there is no question of quashing the First Information Report. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
