O R D E R

(Made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice ) Learned Government Pleader states that in a batch of petitions in respect of the petitioners similarly situated, orders have been complied with in cases where particulars asked for from the petitioners have been submitted. Those particulars are PAN Number, Bank Account Number, present residential address, Pension Payment Order, etc. However, since the petitioners in the present case have not submitted those particulars, the order has not been complied with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that full particulars will be submitted within two weeks. Learned Government Pleader states that on the particulars being submitted, the amount will be remitted within four weeks thereafter.

3. The aforesaid statements are taken on record and the Contempt Petition accordingly stands closed.
