The respondents have no objection to the application being ordered. Therefore there shall be an order directing the Rural Electrification Corporation/Karvy Fintech Private Ltd. to deposit the maturity sums of the two bonds in 54EC-XI bearing Folio No.285139 for Rs.4,00,000/- and 54EC-XI bearing certificate Folio No. 285144 for Rs.11,00,000/-, which matured on 28.02.2021, together with the accrued interest of these bonds to the credit of the suit CS.No.422 of 2001.

2. The Registry is thereafter directed to deposit the said amounts into a nationalized bank so as to earn interest.
