ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue patta for a portion of land in S.No.1047 measuring 0.63 cents in Thalli Kothanoor Tharapu & Village, Denkanikotta in the name of the petitioner based on the petition dated 09.11.2022. 1/3

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner made representation on 09.11.2022 with a request to issue patta in the name of the petitioner, which is pending without consideration. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.11.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation to issue patta for a portion of land in S.No.1047 measuring 0.63 cents in Thalli Kothanoor Tharapu & Village, Denkanikotta in the name of the petitioner, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the neighbouring land owners, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
