This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience and non-compliance the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.18228 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ of 2012, dated 01.08.2012 under the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act.

2. The relief as sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous, in view of the fact that the contempt petition was filed in the year 2013 and at this length of time there is no scope to consider this contempt petition.
