2. We are satisfied with the reasons assigned and the delay is condoned.

C.M.P.No.12024 of 2016, is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to number the appeals.

4. Learned counsel for both parties, consented that the matter be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Chennai, for exploring the possibility of any amicable settlement between the parties.

5. Therefore, after numbering the appeal, Registry is directed to place the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation on 25.10.2016 and after mediation, matter may be placed before this Court. Learned counsel for the parties would make necessary arrangements for the presence of the parties on the said date before the Mediation.

6. Registry is further directed to print the names of the learned counsel for the parties/ the names of the parties.
