O R D E R

This petition has been filed to withdraw the said FIR in Crime No.316 of 2017 pending on the file of E-1, Mamallapuram Police Station, Kancheepuram, Kancheepuram District and transfer the same to any other Investigation Agency.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the case was registered in Crime No.316 of 2017 for the offence under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. Viscera report is still pending and suicide note is also there. Now, post mortem report has also been received and they are about to complete the investigation, since it is a case of suicide. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Therefore, considering the above said submission, the transfer of investigation would not serve any purpose at this stage. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to transfer the investigation. However, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of Eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
