Mu.Kha.En.B4/12173/2017 dated 18.11.2017 issued by the third respondent and the ordered passed by the 1st respondent on 11.01.2019. If that order passed by the 1st respondent letter No.6780/SC2(1)/2018-5 dated 11.01.2019 against the appeal filed by the petitioner before the 1st respondent and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and direct the First and Third Respondents to withdraw the recovery proceedings taken against the members of the petitioner.
