PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Muthurasi, D/o. Elumalai, aged about 16 years before this Honble Court and hand over her custody to the petitioner and set her at liberty.

ORDER

(Order of this Court was made by M.S.RAMESH.J,) When the petitioner's daughter went missing, he had given a complaint to the second respondent police, which was registered in Cr.No.13 of 2025 under the caption "girl missing". Since there was no progress in the investigation to trace the missing girl, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2. Today when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, through the second respondent police have produced the minor girl before us. It is also his submission that the parents are ready to take back

the custody of the girl. When we interacted with the minor girl, she also expressed her willingness to reconcile with her parents. 3.In view of all these developments, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition.
