Ms.Keerthana Shenoi, learned counsel on behalf of Mr.L.Jai Venkatesh, learned Standing Counsel accepts notice for R1 and R2 and is armed with instructions to proceed with the matter finally. Hence, by consent expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for R1 and R2, this Writ Petition is disposed finally even at the stage of admission.
2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition pre-maturely as the application has itself been filed only on 01.01.2022. The reason for approaching this Court appears to be a communication from the Tamil Nadu Electricity Board stating that the application is pending on account of the litigation that is pending before the authorities.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is no such litigation. If that were so, it is for him approach the authorities and convey the correct position and not rush to the Court on the heels of having filed the application.
