Crl.O.P.Nos.3247 & 3339 of 2024 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that after the order was passed by this Court on 15.02.2024, the matter had come up at least on three occasions before the XVII Additional Court on 19.02.2024, 18.03.2024 and 18.04.2024 and on none of these hearing dates, the counsel representing the petitioner/accused had brought to the notice of the Court, the order passed on 15.02.2024 by way of filing a memo. Therefore, even though this Court had directed the Court below to pass orders with regard to the deposit of compensation amount within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, till date, the Court below is continuously adjourning the matter without passing any order and the case stands posted on 21.06.2024.

Thereby, the petitioner/accused has not deposited any amount on the strength of the order passed by this Court on 15.02.2024. 2.Post these cases under the same caption on 25.04.2024 at 2.15 p.m. If the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent is found to be https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., ssr true, this Court will proceed further to recall the order passed on 15.02.2024. However, before passing any such order, this Court wants to give an opportunity to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
