This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to forbearing the respondents from in any manner conducting enquiry in pursuance to the notice dated 29.10.2021 vide proceedings No.Na.Ka.J7/24418/2018 in respect of the property comprised in survey No.208/2 of Injambakkam village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Kancheepuram District situated in Prabala Nagar, Vettuvankeni, Chennai 600 115 belonging to the petitioner herein.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
