Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to (1) Pro.Na.Ka.No.1333/Aa5/2014 dated 13.08.2014 of the second respondent and (2) Panel as on 01.01.2011 (dated 07.02.2011) of Elementary School Head Masters/B.T.Teachers (Telugu) fit for promotion as Middle School Headmaster in Pallipattu Union, issued by the third respondent, quash the said panel as on 01.01.2011 in so far as it relates to the respective placement of the 4th Respondent and the petitioner and to quash the order dated 13.08.2014 of the second respondent and to consequently to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to place the Petitioner at Sl.No.2 in the said panel, over and above the 4th respondent and promote the petitioner as Middle School Headmaster with retrospective effect from the date of promotion of his immediate junior with consequential benefits.
