Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.

15851 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 355 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.1472 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below on each and every hearing. This petition is ordered.
