mmi 2.There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.Learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the proceedings of the Block Development Officer, Udumalpet in Na.Ka.No.1490/2017/Aa1 dated 06.10.2017, wherein it is stated that after taking appropriate action, sufficient water has been provided to both water connections belonging to the petitioner. 3.In view of the same, this Court is of the view that the order has been complied with. Accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed.
