W.M.P.Nos.6204 and 6217 of 2019 and W.P.Nos.43020 of 2002 and 14101 of 2010 K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J., These writ miscellaneous petitions have been filed to set aside the order dated 07.01.2019 made in W.P.Nos.43020 of 2002 and 14101 of 2010 and restore the same on merits.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The writ petitions in W.P.Nos.43020 of 2002 and 14101 of 2010 have been filed with regard to the supply of Kerosene to the petitioner. According to the petitioner, during the pendency of the writ petitions, Kerosene has been supplied by the respondents and the petitioner is running the business continuously. It is further stated that since the previous counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions in the above petitions, the Registry was directed to print the names of the petitioners in the cause list. Eventually, the writ petitions were dismissed as infructuous on 07.01.2019. However, no notice was served on the petitioners.

4. In the light of the above facts, these writ miscellaneous petitions were allowed.
