ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to conduct enquiry and initiate appropriate action against the 3rd respondent on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2024. 2.When this matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.K.M.D. Muhilan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 29.11.2024 sent to the 1st respondent has been forwarded to the 2nd respondent for enquiry in Current Paper No.136/2025. However, he would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 29.11.2024 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed by the 2nd respondent.

3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. 4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition (Criminal) is disposed of, with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated
