ORDER
Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the above writ petition was filed seeking direction to the third respondent to survey the petitioner's property bearing plot No.87, survey No.404/C1 and 404/1C2A at Kumarankudi Annex, situated in Okkiyam Thoraipakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk. However, in the writ affidavit as well as in the prayer portion, plot
number has been wrongly mentioned as 37, instead of 87 by the petitioner. Therefore, in the order passed by this court also the plot number is mentioned as
37. She further submitted that, in view of he above said typographical error in the writ affidavit, the petitioner is not able to enjoy the fruits of the order passed by this court. Therefore, the plot number wrongly mentioned as 37 may be corrected as 87 in the order of this court.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the modification petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by correcting the plot number as 87, instead of 37, where ever it is mentioned in the order.
5. The time granted by this court to the second respondent to consider the on-line application of the petitioner dated 25.04.2023 is extended by six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of modified order. 14-03-2025 mst To
