2. The challenge is to order dated 16.08.2011, appointing the fit person of the Arulmigu Sri Suyambu Kaarka Vinayagar Temple, Kancheepuram as the fit person for the Arulmigu Ekambranathar Temple, Kancheepuram (temple).

3. Mr.Karthikeyan would fairy state that the impugned order has been passed without issuing notice to the petitioners, who were managing the temple at the time when the proceedings were initiated.
4. Recording the aforesaid, this writ petition is allowed and the impugned order set aside. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
