Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings made in A.P.24/2006 D2 dated 18.12.2009 passed by the 1st respondent in confirming the order made in Na.Ka.No.6460/2003/B4 dated 12.4.2006 passed by the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents permit the petitioner to take charge of the temple as one of the elected trustees.
