ORDER
When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that the writ petition involving an identical issue was disposed of by this Court on 03.06.2024 in W.P. No.13059 of 2021 and thus, the direction sought for therein, was not granted. A memo to that effect was also placed before this Court. Further, he seeks liberty to resolve the dispute between the parties in relation to the Agreement, dated 19.10.2017 before the learned Sole Arbitrator.
2. Recording the fair submissions as well as the Memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to canvass all the related issues pertaining to the same contract entered into between the same parties, which are pending before the learned Arbitrator.
