This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring the legal representatives of deceased sole appellant S.Seenivasan viz., appellants 2 to 4 herein on record in the above appeal.

2. Mr.D.Shivakumaran, learned counsel for petitioners herein submitted that pending Appeal, sole appellant died on 14.12.2022. Hence, they have filed the above petition to bring on them as appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as the reasons assigned in the above petitions seems to be justifiable one, this Court is inclined to allow the above petition. Accordingly, the proposed legal representatives of the sole appellant is impleaded as Appellants 2 to 4 in the above appeal.
