ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 07.04.2016 and its C.S.R.No. 212 of 2016 to take action against the person mentioned in the complaint and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 07.04.2016, it is seen that the petitioner was working for about 22 years in the house of the opposite party and that the opposite party has stopped her to continue the work. Since the complaint does not disclose any cognisable offence to register an FIR, no positive direction can be issued to the respondent police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
