ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders, on merits by

disposing the written representation made by him on 28.01.2017 within a stipulated time.

2.When the petitioner is one of the accused facing serious charges under the provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act and the Trial has not come to an end till now, he cannot come to this Court for granting such a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders, on merits, by disposing the written representation, which seeking promotion. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this type of writ petition by invoking Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
