ORDER
The appeal has been filed against the dismissal of the suit for recovery of possession filed by the appellant herein. When the matter is taken up for final disposal, a memo of compromise has been filed by the appellant and the first respondent stating that the matter has been settled.

Both the parties are present and they have categorically stated that the matter has been settled by way of settlement on payment of Rs.3,00,000/- by the first defendant to the plaintiff and the same is accepted by the appellant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

In view of the above compromise, there is nothing to be decided in the appeal and the appeal suit is dismissed in terms of the memo of compromise, confirming the decree for dismissal of the suit. No costs.
