O R D E R

The present petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, in Crl.M.P.No.2497 of 2015, dated 18.05.2015.

2. While granting bail, one of the conditions imposed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, is that the petitioner should deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Gingee. Aggrieved over the said condition, the present petition has been filed.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed on the petitioner in C.M.P.No.2497 of 2015 dated 18.05.2015, passed by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, is modified to the effect that "instead of the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, the petitioner shall deposit the original documents of title of property worth Rs.5,00,000/- before the Judicial Magistrate, Gingee". All the other conditions imposed in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2497 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gingee, remain unaltered.

5. With the above modification, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
