ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.1848/2006/N.M.P.2 dated 17.04.2009 and quash the same and direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service as Noon-Mean Organiser in one of the Schools in Poonamallee Panchayat Union with all attendant benefits.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, no purpose will be served in pursuing this case and this writ petition has now become infructuous.

3. Taking note of the fact that the petitioner has only challenged the transfer order and the petitioner now attained the age of superannuation, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition and hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
