ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 27.05.2024, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the correction of the entry made in the revenue records with respect to the subject property. 2.Heard Mr.R.Ananth, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4.

3/5 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 27.05.2024, on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
