Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.SATHISH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KRITIKA KAMAL, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petition has been filed to amend the offences punishable under Sections 294(a), 354(a) and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, read with Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act instead of offences punishable under Sections 294(a), 354(a) and 506(ii) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and the satisfaction Court as Learned Additional Mahila Court, Vellore, Vellore District instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate No. V, Vellore, Vellore District in the Petition and the Order in Crl. O.P. No. 6091 of 2020 in Crime No. 59 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

2. The Anticipatory Bail Application has been ordered as early as 17.03.2020 with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the Learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore, Vellore District and execute sureties within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The present Petition seeking for amendment has been field after a year after the order has become lapsed by efflux of time.

4. Hence, this Petitions is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to file fresh application for anticipatory bail.
