ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for ajudication. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Recording the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
