(This case has been heard through Video Conference) This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.43 of 2018 in O.S.No.12 of 2013, dated 28.11.2018, on the file of the Family Court Judge, Salem.

2. Heard both sides.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that originally the suit was filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.12 of 2013, before the Family Court, Salem was dismissed on 24.04.2019, hence the prayer in the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 4.In view of the same, since the prayer in this petition has become infructuous, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs.
