This application has been filed by the defendants 1 and 2 to direct the payment out of the amount of Rs.80,22,515/- (Rupees Eighty Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Fifteen only) to the first applicant/first defendant.

2. The learned counsel for the first respondent/plaintiff has submitted that he has no objection for allowing this application.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents 7 and 8 has submitted that the respondents 7 and 8 were the tenants and they only deposited the said amount before the Court.
