The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to call for the records of the 1st respondent in I.D.No.112 of 2001 dated 16.11.2004 and quash the same.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent submitted that the second respondent died on 08.12.2011.
3. In this case, the second respondent died on 08.12.2011. Hence, the question of reinstatement does not arise and the writ petition becomes infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. 25.04.2023 vm Page No.2 of 4
