ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in not complying with the order dated 27.03.2024 passed by this Court in WP.No.30587 of 2023, thereby the respondents were directed to pay monetary benefits to the petitioner from the date of his joining as Forest Watcher, within a time frame.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced Government Order in G.O.(2D) No.80 Environment, Climate Change and Forests (FR2(ii)) Department dated 29.04.2025 passed in compliance of the order passed by this Court in WP.No.30587 of 2023 dated 27.03.2024.

3. In view of the aforesaid Government Order, this contempt petition is closed.
