Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the anticipatory bail condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders made in Crl.OP.No.17549 of 2020 dated on 09.11.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.DAYALAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioners directing them to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of three weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17549 of 2020, dated 09.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.17549 of 2020 dated 09.11.2020, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
