ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the affidavit of the respondent was filed and the relevant portion is extracted hereunder : "9. I respectfully submit that from the enquiry it reveals that already i.
The counter petitioner has filed a Civil Suit in O.S.No.50 of 2017 before the learned Sub Court, Ponneri and also filed a I.A.No.117 of 2017 for the interim injunction against the petitioner. There is no interim order has been granted in the I.A.No.117 of 2017.
ii. Already there is an FIR has been registered in Crime No.676 of 2018, the same has been referred to the RDO, Ponneri on 16.03.2019 in u/s.107 Cr.P.C. and the enquiry is still pending.
iii. In respect of the management of Trust, the respondent police directed both the parties to approach District Registrar since it is competent forum to adjudicate issue related to trustees.
iv. There is no issue is pending in respect of performing Pooja and Punaskaras between the parties.

In view of the above enquiry, the Current Paper vide C.No.878/DCP Redhills/Visitors/2023, dated 20.11.2023 has been closed by order dated 05.03.2025."
2. A copy of the proceedings dated 05.03.2025 was placed before this Court. It was informed that a copy of the same was also sent to the petitioner.
