When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that pursuant 1/3
to the direction issued by this Court, the subject property was surveyed by the respondent and therefore, the order passed in the writ petition was complied with.
2. Recording the said statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this contempt petition is closed.
3. It is also stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got some grievance regarding issuance of patta in the contempt petition. This Court is not inclined to look into such grievance in contempt petition.
