(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 2.The alleged detenue Anusha, aged about 24 years is secured and produced before this Court. The petitioner is not present. The mother of the detenue is also before us.

3.On enquiry, the detenue stated that there is no illegal detention by anybody and that she expressed her willingness to go only along with her mother.

4.Having recorded the submission made by the detenue, we are of the view that there is no illegal detention by anybody, this petition is dismissed.
