(CRIME NO.02 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the Bail Condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and therafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders made in Crl.O.P.No.10200 of 2020 dated on 07.07.2020. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. D.DAYALAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.THANKIRA, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.10200 of 2020, dated 07.07.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.10200 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2020, dated 07.07.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
