The learned counsel for the respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application, which has been filed seeking permission of this Court to amend and carry out the amendments as listed out in the application.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. The learned counsel for the plaintiff is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this order . Permission is also granted to the defendant to file additional written statement if any. Post the matter on 04.03.2024.
