IV) Department, Secretariat, Chennai-600 009 from the Cause list of the above Writ Petition No.22204 of 2015 on the grounds of misjoinder of parties WMP No.5647 of 2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.M.ELUMALAI Government Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.MUTHURAMALINGAM on behalf of the 1st Respondents the court made the following order:- The grounds raised in this M.P. shall be adjudicated at the time of final hearing of the writ petition. Accordingly, the M.P. stands dismissed. Post the main Writ Petition for final disposal.
