The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while disposing the case in Crl.O.P.No.31008 of 2014 by order dated 17.02.2020, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.226 of 2015 in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. He would submit that actually the case is taken on file in C.C.No.469 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial MagistrateII, Alandur. Hence, he prays for amendment.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concurred with the statement of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
3. In view of the above submissions, the calender case number shall be read as "C.C.No.469 of 2017" instead of C.C.No.226 of 2015 and the trial Court name shall be read as "Judicial MagistrateII, Alandur," instead of Judicial Magistrate, Alandur, and the case year shall be read as 2017 instead of 2015 in Crl.O.P. No.31008 of 2014 dated 17.02.2020 where ever necessary.
4. Further, the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur is directed to dispose of the case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 08.03.2021 ksa-2 Note: Registry is directed to amend necessary corrections in the order and the copy of the amended order shall also be sent to the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Alandur.
