and (2) Survey No.133 (P) (demarcated portion-2) admeasuring 6.61.5 Hectares out of 31.35.0 Hectares in Kaveripuram, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and consequently direct the respondent to award the contract to the petitioner for the Raising-cum-Sale Agency for production of granite blocks in the above two granite quarries.

Prayer in W.P.No.21572 of 2012 Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent relating to the order passed in Rc.No.11820/P3/2011 dated 27.07.2012 and retender proceedings of the respondent issued in tender No.8816/P3/2012 dated 16.07.2012, quash the same in so far as it relates to two granite quarries (1) Survey No.287 admeasuring 9.48.0 Hectares at Panchapalli, Palacode Taluk, Dharmapuri District and (2) Survey No.132/1 admeasuring 4.39.0 Hectares (demarcated portion-1) out of 26.00.0 Hectares in Eravapatti, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District and consequently direct the respondent to award the contract to the petitioner for the Raising-cum-Sale Agency for production of granite blocks in the above two granite quarries.
