Crl.M.P.No.2296 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25610 of 2021 Dr.G.JAYACHANDRAN. J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.25610 of 2021 by an order dated 07.01.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is regularly complying the condition.

3. Recording the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday and Thursday at 10.30 a.m is modified to the effect that the petitioner should report before the Investigating Officer as and when required, until further orders.
