Assistant (English) in the existing vacancy in the Chengam Union in accordance with the seniority in the panel of B.T. Assistant (English) for the year 2013 in the light of Proceedings of 1st respondent dated 18.12.2008, 21.02.2014 and as per Rule 36(b) (ii) of Tamil Nadu State and Subordinate Service Rules and judgment reported in 2011 (7) MLJ 684.
