BHARATHIDASAN CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.1896 of 2021 IN CRL OP.17091/2020 SHANTHI [ PETITIONER / 2ND PETITIONER ] Vs STATE BY [ RESPONDENT / RESPONDENT ] INSPECTOR OF POLICE, PUZHAL POLICE STATION, TIRUVALLUR DISTRICT, (CRIME NO.2687 OF 2020).

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition to report before the before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17091 of 2020 dated 02.11.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.ARUNDATTAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing her to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17091 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.17091 of 2020, dated 02.11.2020, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.

5. The petition is ordered accordingly.
